What this website collects

No personal data at all. This site is static HTML served from a content delivery network. Specifically, at the date of this notice there is:

  • no enquiry form, contact form or newsletter sign-up;
  • no analytics of any kind — no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no measurement tag;
  • no cookies, no local storage and no browser fingerprinting;
  • no advertising or remarketing pixel;
  • no embedded map, video or social widget that could set a third-party cookie;
  • no account, no login and no user-generated content.

Because nothing is collected, there is no consent to give and no cookie banner to dismiss. Our hosting provider processes standard technical request data such as IP address in order to serve the page and protect the service; we do not receive, analyse or retain it.

What happens when you contact us

The WhatsApp button opens WhatsApp, a third-party service, in your own app or browser. Your message goes to Kevin Lee through WhatsApp under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy, and message metadata is handled by them, not by us. This website loads no WhatsApp script and receives no copy of anything you send. The telephone link places an ordinary call.

If you message or call, Kevin Lee will hold what you send — your number, your name if you give it, and what you ask — for the purpose of answering your enquiry, in his own mailbox and phone. It is not added to a marketing list, not sold, and not shared with the developer unless you ask us to introduce you.

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may ask to access the personal data we hold about you and to correct it if it is wrong. Because this website collects nothing, any such request concerns messages you have sent directly.
