Two towers of 37 storeys on 4.8 acres, with the podium deck carrying the facility floor at Level 8. The aerial view shows the relationship that matters most for this site: the towers sit between the coast and the Southbay retail edge, with the Second Bridge approach behind. The portrait view gives the honest sense of height — this is a tall building on a low-rise stretch of coastline, and that is worth seeing before you decide whether it suits you.

The Level 8 podium puts the 50 m infinity lap pool along the sea-facing edge, with the onsen jacuzzi, sun deck and shaded loungers alongside. The two views here show the same deck at different times of day. A 50 m lap pool is unusually long for a development of this size, and it is the single facility most likely to justify the maintenance fee for a swimmer. Note the orientation: the pool faces east, so mornings are bright and late afternoons are shaded by the towers.

The covered barbecue station and outdoor dining area is drawn with separate halal and non-halal provision, which is a specific and useful thing to have designed in rather than added later. The playground is the sculptural red structure at the western end of the deck, with a parent seating area beside it and the children's pool with waterplay nearby — the three are grouped, which is the arrangement that actually works for a family with young children.
